U.S. indie band MGMT has threatened to sue French President Nicolas Sarkozy's party for repeatedly using one if its hit songs without permission.
Where does the RIAA stand on this one? This is a clear violation, there is clear revenue lost by MGMT, and there is clear copyright infringement.
